Latin dance (the true name is Afro-Cuban Dance) reflects a lifestyle of the Latin countries that have warm weather, bright days and abundant natural beauty. South American people are considered very friendly and try to express the joy of living through music and dance. Latin dances can be very slow and romantic or hot and sexy; however it expresses courage, strength, and above all, strong emotion. One of the main characteristics of these dances is the movement of the hips and the sensual steps.

>Latin social dancing classes - Salsa, Chachacha, Bachata, Reggaeton, Afro-Cuban Rumba, Merenque.
We strongly believe that this kind of classes should involve two teachers (a leader and a follower) in order to achieve the best possible results for our students. NDC instructors are well-known for creating a pleasant atmosphere in the class whilst teaching with long-lusting enthusiasm and zeal. Our students learn how to improve their partnering skills, develop their styling combining L.A. style technique with Cuban elements and express themselves through the Latin rhythms.

>Latin ballroom dance (IDTA) - Cha cha cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba, Paso Doble.

As members of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA), we teach the Laird's Technique of Latin Dancing. The students are trained to dance with the correct technique and posture, to have full body control, to perform all the strict movements and reach perfection. These dances express great passion and enthusiasm. We strongly believe that children should be taught ballroom Latin dance from their early childhood so they can build their body posture and develop great technique.

Every student will be in a position to take the IDTA exams in Latin Dance (ballroom Latin dances) and Club Dance (social Latin dances), taking place every year in our Dance Center.
